1. GENERAL
1.1. Online Shop available at the Internet address www.woodlovers.pl is run by (Service Provider) Woodlovers Szymon Gacki, ul. Dereniowa 41CA/2, 61-306 Poznań, NIP 5632145267, Regon 369098415; e-mail: kontakt@woodlovers.pl, contact phone number: (+48) 881 934 266.
1.2. These Regulations is aimed at both consumers and businesses to use the Internet Store.
1.3. The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations is the Service Provider. Personal data processed for the purposes and on the basis of the principles of the privacy policy accessible via the Online Shop. Providing personal information is voluntary. Any person whose personal data processing service provider has the right to inspect their content and the right to update and amend it.
2. SERVICES ONLINE STORE
2.1. The online store offers the following services: Account and Order Form.
2.2. Account – the use of accounts is possible after completing the registration form and click the “Register”.
2.3. Account service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.
2.4. Order Form – use the Order Form starts when adding the Customer First Product to an electronic shopping cart in the online store. Placing orders after completing the Order Form and confirm it by clicking the button to confirm.
2.5. The service order form is provided free of charge, and a one-off and is terminated at the time of placing the Order.
2.6. The Client is obliged to use the Internet Store in a manner consistent with the law and morality whereas respect for personal rights and copyright and intellectual property service providers and third parties.
3. REFUND OR CANCELLATION
3.1. The Client (Client being a natural person who purchases goods for their own use, for the purpose not of his trade or profession), who concluded away from business premises or at a distance, may withdraw from it in accordance with applicable regulations, making a statement in writing, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.
3.2. The statement must be sent by registered mail or attach to the package with the returned goods. About maintaining the 14-day deadline for the postmark.
3.3. Returned goods can not bear signs of use over arising out of the ordinary management thing. Returned merchandise must be complete and packed in its original packaging.
3.4. Return of goods to the store should take place immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of cancellation of the contract of sale (ie. From the date of despatch of the notice of withdrawal).
3.5. After receiving the shop declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the Client shall immediately, not later than 14 days will be refunded the amount of the value of the returned goods and the supply of goods to the Client, if the Client has paid them. The costs of returning goods to the store bears the Client.
3.6. Products made to order, are not recoverable, unless the Service Provider specifies otherwise.
4. METHODS AND PAYMENT FOR ORDER

4.4. Settlement of transactions and electronic payments by credit card are carried out in accordance with the choice of the customer via PayPal. Handling electronic payments and credit card maintained by: PayPal (Europe) S.à amp; et Cie, S.C.A. ( “PayPal”).
5. COST AND METHODS OF DELIVERY
5.1. Product delivery is available across the whole world.
5.2. Delivery of the Product to the customer is chargeable. Product delivery costs (including fees for transportation, delivery and postal services) are presented to the Client when placing orders.
5.3. Seller provides the Customer with the following ways of delivery or receipt of the Product:
5.3.1. Courier.
5.3.2. Personal collection available at: ul. Railway 65a, 22-100 Chelm – Working Days, from 10:00 to 14:00.
5.4. Delivery time “Product on order” to the customer is up to 7 Business Days (Poland only) from the date of completion of the product (the time described in the data sheet), unless the description of the Product or when placing orders are given a shorter deadline.
5.5.W If you choose the payment method the customer by bank transfer or paypal- delivery is the date of crediting the bank account or the account of the settlement of the Seller.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. In matters not regulated herein apply generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code; Act on electronic services of 18 July 2002. (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item. 1204, as amended.); for Sale Agreements concluded up to 24 December 2014 with customers which are consumers – the provisions of the law on protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product of 2 March 2000. (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item. 271, as d.) and the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the civil Code of July 27, 2002. (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 141, item. 1176, as amended.) for Sale Agreements concluded between 25 December 2014 with customers which are consumers – the provisions of the law on consumer rights on 30 May 2014. (OJ 2014. pos. 827 as amended.); and other relevant provisions of applicable law.
