New – Expectit Econo, the cheapest and easiest to assemble Ikea shelf box

I lingered for a long time with this box, but finally decided to put it into my offer.

Before it was “perfect” I probably made up of 6 prototypes. So that each box can be assembled without much effort without the use of glue, screws, nails or what else there is 🙂

As a result, a robust box was created, that could lift really heavy weights without fear of damage. The author’s system (I called it Click-In, Click-Out) allows you to assemble and reassemble the box. In addition, the system allowed to appropriately reduce the transport costs (reassembled is about 3 cm thick).

The ease of production and the removal of additional connecting elements also helped to reduce the cost of the box itself.

That’s how the cheapest box was created. 🙂
